Another earthquake reported in southern Nebraska

LINCOLN, Neb, (KLKN) — The United States Geological Survey reported a 2.5 magnitude earthquake near the town of Cowles on Thursday.

This is the fourth quake reported in Nebraska this year.

This latest one happened at 7:15 a.m. about three miles from Cowles.

There were three registered on March 1st in the same area. Tremors from those earthquakes were felt in Lincoln.
