Authorities searching for missing inmate from CCC-O

Anyone with information regarding Bridgeford's whereabouts should contact local authorities or Nebraska State Patrol.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Authorities are now searching for a missing inmate from Community Corrections Center – Omaha (CCC-O).

The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) notified authorities after Brandon Bridgeford did not return back to CCC-O on Tuesday.

NDCS assays Bridgeford’s monitoring device was deactivated. According to NDCS, Bridgeford is a 32-year old white man, 5’8”, 182 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information regarding Bridgeford’s whereabouts should contact local authorities or Nebraska State Patrol.

Bridgeford began his sentence on Nov. 4, 2011. Bridgeford was sentenced to 18 to 26 years on charges that include two counts of theft by receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking. Bridgeford’s tentative release date is Feb. 17, 2024.
