Backyard fire spreads to three homes in east Lincoln, officials say
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Several crews battled a grass fire that spread to three homes in east Lincoln on Friday.
Lincoln Fire & Rescue crews were sent to the homes, located near 56th and O Streets, around 2:20 p.m.
Battalion Chief Lloyd Mueller said when crews arrived, they saw flames coming from two of the houses.

Mueller said the fire had started in a backyard, but the cause is under investigation.
No one was injured and the amount of damage is currently unknown.
