‘Big and bold on the company’s semi-truck’; Lincoln Hy-Vee assistant manager honored for 40 years of service

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A Lincoln Hy-Vee employee was featured today on the side of a semi-trailer.

Hy-Vee is celebrating Phil Savidge for more than 40 years of service at the Williamsburg Hy-Vee in Lincoln.

Savidge serves as an assistant manager of health wellness home.

Store leadership presented Savidge with the semi-truck featuring his face on one of the company’s trailers.

Hy-Vee started wrapping semi-trucks with employees on them in 1997, starting a tradition to honor and appreciate long standing employees.
