Bryan reports more than 100 COVID-19 patients
Bryan Health on Monday announced it had more than 100 COVID-19 patients in its hospitals.
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Bryan Health on Monday announced it had more than 100 COVID-19 patients in its hospitals.
Bryan had 96 inpatients still positive with the virus along 13 who were no longer infectious for a total of 109 patients.
That number is up from Friday when Bryan had 83 positive patients and 13 who were not infectious.
The number of Bryan’s positive patients on ventilators remained steady, with 12 reported Monday compared to 11 on Friday.
Bryan had a midnight census of 500, down from 554 on Friday.
Bryan has 572 currently staffed beds.
State hospitalizations continued to rise over the weekend, with just under 800 reported Sunday.
Gov. Pete Ricketts on Monday morning announced changes to the state directed health measure in response to the growing numbers.
