Cool & sunny ending to winter 3/19/2021

Temperatures are currently sitting in the 20s this morning thanks to clear skies for allowing us to cool. Make sure to bundle up as you head out and about, but later today you can shed your layers. Widespread sunshine and light southerly winds will quickly warm our temperatures to the mid to upper 50s today. Temperatures will be a bit warmer overnight as they fall right near the freezing mark. We continue to stay dry and warm into the weekend with highs in the 60s both days. But it will be blustery the entire weekend, so plan your weekend with that in mind. Rain finally returns to the forecast on Monday and Tuesday. We could see a few inches of rain on the ground by the end of Tuesday.

  • TODAY: Widespread sunshine with slightly warmer highs in the mid to upper 50s. HIGH: 56
  • SATURDAY: First day of spring! Highs will be in the low 60s with gusty winds. HIGH: 63
  • SUNDAY: Still blustery with increasing clouds and highs in the upper 60s. HIGH: 67
  • MONDAY: Rain showers likely with cooler temperatures in the mid-50s. HIGH: 55
  • TUESDAY: Even cooler with more rain. HIGH: 50
