Cool with many precipitation chances
Scattered showers are going to be possible on and off the next several days. If those showers happen during the overnight hours, a few snowflakes may mix in, as well. It’s not going to be a complete washout, but there will be a chance for precipitation each day. Because of the added cloud cover, temperatures will struggle each day. Each day over the next ten days will be at or below average.
There will be a few showers out there early Thursday morning. Light rain will be possible in SE Nebraska with a few snowflakes mixing in.
The better chance for snowfall will be in the northern half of the state where minor accumulations will be possible.
Temperatures are going to struggle on Thursday. Highs will be stuck in the 30s for much of north central Nebraska. 40s will be likely for the rest of us with a few spots getting to around 50 degrees.
Hour by hour for Lincoln, we start the day in the middle 30s and eventually make it into the upper 40s. We’ll have a light northeast breeze at 5 to 15 mph.
