Coolest Thing Made in Nebraska competition announces top 16 products

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The fifth annual Coolest Thing Made in Nebraska competition announced its top 16 products.

The final 16 products, in no particular order, are:

• FiberCut by Bish Enterprises in Giltner.
• Avail Tow Bar by Blue Ox in Pender.
• Hi Rail Evacator and Snowblower by Ceres Group in Omaha.
• Ram Air Turbine Hub by Collins Aerospace in York.
• Nebraska License Plates by Cornhusker State Industries in Lincoln.
• Modular Housing by Family Built Homes in Gering.
• Excedrin by Haleon in Lincoln.
• Precision Hunter Ammunition by Hornady Manufacturing in Grand Island.
• TAU-XR by Lindsay Corporation in Lindsay.
• Marble Pack-Off by Marble Technologies in Lincoln.
• Nirbuilt Airboats by Nirbuilt Airboats in Ashland.
• Animal Health IV Fluids by Nova-Tech in Grand Island.
• Popcorn by Popcorn County, USA in North Loup.
• PyraMAX Transmission Structures by Valmont Industries in Columbus.
• MIRA- MiniRAS by Virtual Incision in Lincoln.

Voting for the first round is open until Oct. 4. Following rounds will be scheduled throughout October and the winner will be announced on Oct. 29.

The competition is put on by the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NE Chamber) and the Nebraska Manufacturing Alliance.
