Coronavirus Breakdown: number of cases by counties in Nebraska

As the Nebraska DHHS & individual health departments receive test results and reports of coronavirus, Channel 8 is tracking which counties the cases appear in.

As of  Thursday, April 2, the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services and individual health departments across the state report a total of 247 confirmed cases of coronavirus.

Individual health departments are considered most up-to-date. Channel 8 continues to check individual health departments for the latest numbers. This list does not include recent ‘presumed positive’ cases.

Number of coronavirus-related deaths: 5

According to the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, 3,978 Nebraskans who have taken the test have tested negative for the disease.
