Crumbl Cookies opening store in Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The national sensation Crumbl Cookies is opening its doors in Lincoln for the first time this week.

The store will be near O Street and Cotner Boulevard.

Crumbl was started by two cousins in Utah as a gourmet cookie delivery and takeout service in 2017.

It’s since exploded to more than 700 stores across the nation.

It has two stores in Omaha, and because it’s been so popular, it’s now coming to Lincoln, too.

Lincoln store owner and operator Tracy Brunson said Crumbl is different from other cookie stores because it has a rotating menu.

“Our cookies change every week, so it sets us apart from most cookie stores that you may visit.” Brunson said. “We have over 200 cookie flavors that we rotate through weekly.”

He estimates the store will go through about 50 pounds each of flour and sugar daily.

The store opens for business Friday at 8 a.m.

The daily hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to midnight.
