Authorities arrested a man allegedly found with meth.

David Swanson, 36, was lodged in Lancaster County Jail on Tuesday for drug charges.

Swanson was seen leaving a home in northeast Lincoln known to be involved in drug sales, before entering a vehicle and leaving the area, investigators wrote in an affidavit for his arrest.

Members of the Lincoln Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force followed the vehicle to a gas station near 27th and Superior St. where they contacted him and searched his vehicle, according to court documents. The search turned up approximately 81 grams of suspected meth and $925 in cash, according to the documents.

Swanson appeared in court Wednesday where a judge set his bond at $250,000. His next court appearance is scheduled for August.
