Downtown street closure will happen Sunday, March 5th

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – East “K” street will be closed in downtown Lincoln on Sunday, March 5. between seventh and ninth streets.  The southbound lane of Ninth street between “L” and “K” will also be closed for utility work.

The intersections of Ninth Street at “L” and “K” streets will be two-way stops temporarily.

Lincoln Transportation and Utilities suggest drivers use alternate routes and reduce speeds near work zones. LTU also said project durations are subject to change due to unforeseeable circumstances.
