Dry Fireworks Forecast

The rest of the day should remain on the dry side with clouds increasing a bit until sunrise. Temperatures will drop to the upper 70s by 10:00pm, so if you are lighting fireworks it will be on the warm side. As we head into the overnight hours, most of eastern Nebraska will see temperatures drop to the upper 60s again with mostly clear skies that will last into your Sunday. Tomorrow will feel like a repeat of today with temperatures in the upper 80s and a slight chance for a few pop up showers and storms in the afternoon hours. Clouds will also increase as the day progresses with more rain likely overnight into Monday. Looking far ahead at next week, a few small rain chances are in the forecast as well as the potential for a summer heat wave.
