Former Lincoln Daycare Worker Pleads Guilty To Child Porn Charges

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A former Lincoln daycare employee found guilty of producing child pornography has been sentenced to 100 years in federal prison.

Titus Miller pleaded guilty in July to five counts of production of child porn. In exchange, prosecutors dismissed two counts of distribution of child porn.

A judge on Thursday sentenced him to four consecutive 240-month terms and lifetime supervision.

Miller was employed at Playful Painters Child Care from 2016 until October 2019. He was arrested in October and accused of sexually assaulting and covertly producing sexually graphic videos and photographs of victims.

Court documents say the crimes involve four children and occurred between July 31 and Sept. 16.

After his 67-minute sentencing hearing, Miller was remanded to the custody of U.S. Marshals.
