Forecast Update: Sunday, December 12

Temperatures are on the rise with record breaking potential!

SUNDAY:  Temperatures soared into the mid 50s this afternoon with south-southwest winds gusting up to 30mph. Our nighttime sky will remain mostly clear as temperatures drop into the mid 20s overnight and wind out of the south-southwest will relax to 5-10mph.

MONDAY:  The work week will start out on a warm note with temperatures reaching into the mid 50s yet again.  Light wind will shift from the south-southwest to the east-southeast in the afternoon, making for a great day to enjoy a warm winter walk or hang those Christmas lights. Temperatures will dip into the low 30s overnight.

Warm conditions the next couple of days could be ones for the books! Temperatures on Tuesday are flirting with breaking a longstanding record of 61° set in 1888!  Wednesday could feel downright warm with temperatures forecast into the 70s ahead of a cold front.
