Friday evening thunderstorms 3/26/2021

We are starting off your Friday with dry conditions, although fog has developed for some this morning. Visibility has been reduced as a result, so be cautious while driving. Layer up this morning! Temperatures are currently sitting in the 20s and 30s, but they will slowly warm to the mid–50s by the afternoon. Clouds will also increase and showers/thunderstorms will bubble up into the evening. Further to the south by the Kansas border could see strong to severe storms, while the Lincoln area will likely only see thunderstorms. Showers will persist into early Saturday morning and temperatures will drop down to the low 40s. The weekend looks dry and sunny with highs in the 60s!
