Friendship Home in need of toys on ‘Giving TOYSday’

Friendship Home will be collecting items for children from ages 0 to 18; also everyday essentials such as winter coats, boots, hats and gloves.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – With the holidays coming up, Friendship Home is preparing for upcoming events and needs to help support the families fleeing domestic violence.

Giving Tuesday is on November 30th and Friendship Home is calling it ‘Giving TOYSday’ this year.

Nichole Palmer, Community Outreach Coordinator, says they will be collecting items for children from ages 0 to 18; also everyday essentials such as winter coats, boots, hats and gloves.
