Hood, an offensive lineman, didn’t see any playing time in 2022 and has four years of eligibility remaining.
The Tennessee native was a four-star recruit coming out of high school, according to 247Sports.
Hood is Nebraska’s third Georgia transfer, joining tight end Arik Gilbert and linebacker Mekhail Sherman, who committed last week.
The 6-foot-8, 350-pound lineman joins a long list of offseason transfers, including Jeff Sims, Chief Borders and Ben Scott.
