LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Deadheads across Nebraska can see Grateful Dead co-founder Bobby Weir in Omaha next March.

On Monday, the 75-year-old musician announced the Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros 2023 tour, which includes a stop at the Orpheum Theater on March 4.

Presale tickets will be available starting Wednesday at bobweir.net. General sale tickets will be available beginning on Friday.

Dead & Company, which is comprised of Weir, John Mayer, Bill Kreutzmann and more, announced their final tour back in October.

Unfortunately for Deadheads in Nebraska, the tour’s closest stop will be in Chicago or Boulder, Colorado.

The Grateful Dead made several visits to Nebraska during its 30-year run, which included a show at Pershing Auditorium in 1973.
