Hundreds of LES customers lose power as outages strike two days in a row

UPDATE, 9:20 a.m. — Power has been restored to all customers, according to Lincoln Electric System.
Its official Twitter account says the latest problem was caused by an overhead conductor fault.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — LES is reporting nearly 300 outages Friday morning, just a day after thousands of customers lost power.
Its official Twitter account says the areas around Nebraska Parkway to Old Cheney and 20th to 31st Streets are impacted.
Crews are currently working to find out what went wrong.
LES previously said Thursday’s outages were caused by equipment failure.
