Husker baseball’s Anglim, Olson earn Big Ten postseason honors

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Husker baseball’s Garrett Anglim and Emmett Olson have earned Big Ten postseason honors, according to a press release.

Olson earned a spot on the All-Big Ten Second Team, while Anglim achieved a place on the All-Big Ten Freshman Team.

It was also announced that Brice Matthews was one of the honorees for the Big Ten’s Sportsmanship Award.

The Huskers did not secure a spot in the Big Ten Conference Tournament despite beating Michigan State 10-9 on Saturday.

The team ended with a 23-30 overall record during the 2022 season.  They finished the season with a 10-14 conference record.
