Husker Happy Hour time set after Jon Rothstein promised fans
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Jon Rothstein has announced the time and date for Husker Happy Hour.
On Sep. 16 at 5 p.m., everyone at Gate 25 will be able to get free drinks on Rothstein.
On his podcast, Rothstein promised Husker basketball head coach Fred Hoiberg that if the men’s Husker basketball team won one game in the NCAA basketball tournament, drinks would be on him.
Huskers made it all the way to the Sweet 16, forcing Rothstein to follow up on his promise.
