“I’ll cut you”: Lincoln man threatens people in bus shelter

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lincoln Police Officers were notified of a male causing a disturbance in the bus shelter at 1010 N street around 5:00 p.m. yesterday.
Sylvester Hearod Jr., age 37, was heard yelling “I’ll cut you!” at people inside the bus shelter.
A 58-year-old male approached to see what was going on when Hearod turned to him and threatened to cut him.
The victim saw that Hearod was holding a pocket knife and was in fear of being attacked.
Officers detained Hearod and found him to be extremely intoxicated, he had a black-handled pocket knife in his pocket.
Hearod was arrested for Terroristic Threats and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.
