It’s about to get even hotter 6/14/2021

Most of southeast Nebraska is starting off the week on the dry side, but showers and t’storms are to the west of the Tri-Cities. Showers and t’storms will gradually weaken as we head into the afternoon, but the isolated chance for a few is still there. Most of the area will stay dry but I highly recommend keeping the umbrella handy throughout the day.

Highs are back in the mid-90s today with mostly sunny skies and light winds. Make sure to walk the pup early in the morning or late this evening when the sidewalks are a bit cooler! I’m sure our Dog of the Day, Roper, will be getting one of those early morning walks.

Temperatures stay toasty in the 90s for the next few days, but we quickly heat up Thursday. Highs could reach the triple digits for the first time in two years!
