New Infrastructure Bill is 2700 pages and $1 trillion
After much delay, senators have unveiled their $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill.
WASHINGTON (KLKN) — The Senate should begin discussing the $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill Monday with a vote possible by mid-week. The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act was released during a Sunday session.
Everything, including the kitchen sink, is in this bill – roads, bridges, broadband, water paper, cybersecurity and more. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer wants voting to be done before the August recess.
The bill is a key part of President Joe Biden’s agenda.
