The timing of the pregnancy means Frahm was pregnant for the majority of the season, which included a Big Ten Regular-season title, a Big Ten tournament title, and a trip to the Women’s College World Series.

The announcement comes just one day after the Huskers lost 3-1 to Texas in the WCWS in Oklahoma City.

Frahm had another standout year both in the circle and at the plate, winning USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year and Big Ten Pitcher of the Year.

In the circle, she boasted a 1.37 ERA, 21 wins, and 251 strikeouts.

Jordy married former Nebraska baseball player Trey Frahm in August 2025.
