July 23, 2020 Weather Update
It will be warm and muggy tonight, but quiet. The low will drop into the lower 70s with a light southeast breeze. That breeze picks up a little for Friday, but so do the temperatures. The high will once again be close to 90 and with a dew point in the 70s, the heat index will be close to 100 all afternoon.
We see the heat get really turned up over the weekend with highs generally in the middle 90s and the humidity sticking around, but we get a break from the heat in the form of a cold front Sunday night. That cold front will give us a chance for storms Sunday night and then a cooler feel to the air early next week.
