Last mild day in the 70s; cold front cools us down mid-week 10/19/2021
We are off to another mild start on this Tuesday morning as temperatures are in the 50s for most of southeast NE with clear skies. A decent breeze out of the south is already present this morning, so grab some layers before you head out. Temperatures will be a few degrees warmer this afternoon, with highs flirting around the low 80s.
The gusty southerly breeze from yesterday returns today, and wind gusts up to 25 mph are expected through the evening.
A cold front arrives early Wednesday morning and it completely flips our temperatures. Highs for the rest of the week will be near seasonal in the upper 50s and low 60s, and our weather pattern looks dry.
- TODAY: Breezy, sunny and mild. Highs will reach the upper 70s, with the potential for a few spots to reach the low 80s. HIGH: 79
- WEDNESDAY: AM cold front keeps us cool for the rest of the day with highs in the upper 50s and low 60s. Breezy conditions continue during the day with cloudy skies. HIGH: 59
- THURSDAY: Highs remain cool in the low 60s with mostly sunny skies. HIGH: 60
- FRIDAY: Mostly sunny skies with highs in the low 60s. HIGH: 62
- SATURDAY: A tad warmer with highs back in the mid to upper 60s. HIGH: 67
