Lincoln business burglarized over the weekend, LPD investigating

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Sunday morning, Lincoln police responded to the business, At Home, 6845 S. 27th St., on a report of a burglary.

Officers arrived on scene around 7:45, contacting the manager. They claimed they had reviewed video surveillance and discovered an adult male had pushed a cart full of merchandise back to the loading dock. The male appeared to cut the lock and open the overhead door, allowing him to exit the store with the stolen merchandise.

Lincoln police are currently working with At Home to inventory what was stolen. As of now, the loss is estimated at 200 dollars.

The investigation is still ongoing.
