Lincoln Crime Stoppers: All about change

Two cases, four suspects, and a whole bunch of loose change.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Stepping back just a couple days to July 27th, our first case takes us to Georges Gourmet Grill at 14th and O. Two suspects, shown on camera, came in just before closing time. The employee said they recognized the pair of transients from the area and offered them food and water. Of course, no good deed goes unpunished, and the employee says the two suspects stole the tip box, along with the $100 or more that was inside. According to LPD, these two suspects may be responsible for a shoplifting at the Walgreens on 13th and O.

Our second case is another incident of change not where it ought to be. These two suspects are shown entering a coin-operated laundromat, where they’re suspected of breaking into the washing machines to steal the coinboxes from them.
