Lincoln Crime Stoppers: February fiascos

This week's pair of cases are both shoplifting situations that happened in mid-February.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – We step back a bit to days long past: February of 2021. Both cases this week are from a couple of days in the middle of February.

First up is the Walgreens at 17th and South on February 17th. A pair of suspects were spotted on camera taking mascara and exfoliants from the aisles before walking out without paying. The photos show the vehicle they got into as well.

We backtrack a few days to Valentine’s Day, February 14th. This time our setting is the Walmart on North 85th Street. The suspect in this case is accused of taking a number of things, including glue sticks and spray adhesives. Some last-minute card making, perhaps? Regardless, the suspect was stopped by the store’s loss prevention team. Police think she gave a fake name and left.

As always, if you have any leads, you can submit them on the Crime Stoppers website.
