Lincoln man arrested with 14 pounds of marijuana

The drug came in a package from a central location for black market marijuana

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was arrested after 14 pounds of marijuana was shipped to him on 35th and South Street in Lincoln through UPS.

UPS contacted LSO about a package from Medford, Ore. that smelled like weed. According to LSO, Medford, Ore. is a town known for black market marijuana.

LSO got a controlled delivery search warrant for the address the package was being sent to and conducted surveillance to see who picked it up.

Michael Terry Jr., 33, picked up the package before being arrested. He was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
