Lincoln Police gives update on investigations into Romantix, Capital City Sports Cards burglaries

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Lincoln Police Department gave an update on its investigations into two burglaries that occurred last week.
Both Romantix and Capital City Sports Cards completed inventories of the stolen items.
According to the police department, the estimated total merchandise loss at the adult novelty store is nearly $940.

The estimated total loss at the card store is nearly $4,000 in Pokémon cards, with the most expensive card stolen valued at $450, LPD said.

At this time, LPD said it believes the person responsible for both burglaries is the same.
The unknown man was wearing a tan Carhartt-style coat, a black mask, grey sweatpants, grey shoes and black gloves, and was carrying a black bag.
LPD said the burglaries happened within 15 minutes of each other.
