Lincoln Police find missing 13-year-old girl

Lincoln Police are asking for the community’s help in its search for a missing 13-year-old girl.
In a Twitter post, police say Shaye Ruel was last seen Sunday night near Southwest Ninth and West South Streets.
Shaye is 5-foot-2, with black hair and brown eyes, according to police.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000.
