LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Despite coronavirus scares, the Lincoln Children’s Zoo will be hosting Boo at the Zoo this October.

The announcement came on Facebook, once the Zoo’s plans were approved by our local health department. Zoo officials say they are now prepared to “offer a socially distant, trick or treating experience” for all families.

Some new procedures you’ll see this year include timed-ticket entry, limited capacity, and more Boo at the Zoo dates. Masks will also be required for everyone five and up.
