Lincoln Weather Update: Friday, June 19

Scattered showers and storms cannot be ruled out through the afternoon today. Otherwise we’ll stay cloudy and much cooler. Highs only reaching the middle to upper 70s, which is some much needed relief from the 90s we had the first half of June! Another round of showers and thunderstorms moves in tonight and continues into Saturday morning. Overnight temps drop into the lower 60s.

Showers and thunderstorms will be possible throughout the weekend. The best chance on Saturday will be in the morning, then again Sunday afternoon/evening. We should have periods of dry time the rest of the day and throughout much of Sunday. Highs range from the upper 70s to mid 80s for Father’s Day weekend.

Looking ahead to next week, a few days of mainly dry weather are in store with highs in the low to middle 80s!
