Lincoln Weather Update: Friday, September 18

It’s finally the weekend! A little more clouds in the sky for the day today and it’ll be mild as highs warm only near 70 degrees. That haze will be sticking around giving us that filtered sunlight look once again. A quiet but cool night ahead with lows falling into the low 50s.

Any plans for the weekend? Possibly the Apple Jack festival? A very fall-like weekend ahead for us as temperatures warm up near average both days. Highs in the upper 70s on Saturday with low 80s for Sunday. The wind however will be a little gusty throughout the weekend with gusts up to 30 mph possible.

Looking ahead to next week: A dry stretch of weather with the small possibility of an isolated shower mid-week. Temperatures also above average as we end the month with highs forecast in the low to middle 80s!
