Lincoln Weather Update: Monday, August 17

After a crazy day of severe storms Sunday that brought golf ball sized hail, lightning and heavy rain we are in for a quiet start to the week.

Mostly skies will be dominant for most of the week. Today will be warm and not too humid with highs in the middle 80s. A cool and quiet night ahead with temperatures around 60 degrees. Patchy fog is also possible by Tuesday morning. Temperatures in the middle 80s and lower humidity will continue thru mid-week.

While the sunshine continues, temperatures warm into the upper 80s near 90 degrees for the second of the week and weekend. The humidity also begins to creep back in as well. In terms of rainfall, well outside of an isolated shower or storm we are looking at a dry week.
