Lincoln Weather Update: Monday, September 21

Happy Monday! Dry and mild conditions will be the name of the game this week. Highs today will climb into the lower 80s. The breeze does return with south wind gusting occasionally to 25 mph. Much like this past weekend, we are expecting mainly sunny skies but the haze will once again stick around into the beginning of the week.

Autumn officially begins at 8:31 Tuesday morning. However, more summer like temperatures are in store as highs climb back into the low 80s. These above average 80s will hang on through the end of the week. Highs pushing the upper 80s for Friday. Staying dry and sunny throughout the week as well.

A cold front will swing through the area this weekend. This brings the chance of rain but also a drop in temperatures. Mid 70s by Sunday with the low 70s potentially for the start of next week.
