Lincoln Weather Update: Thursday, August 13

Warm and humid weather continues for today and tomorrow. Highs warming into the upper 80s with a south breeze around 5-15 mph. An isolated shower or sprinkle possible throughout the day, but majority of us will remain dry. Temperatures pushing the 90 degree mark on Friday and staying humid. A cold front will be pushing through the state Friday, which will bring a better chance of storms in eastern Nebraska by the evening.

Cooler temperatures ahead for the weekend. Mid 80s both Saturday and Sunday. It will also be a little less humid. The best weather comes for the start of next week. Lower humidity with highs around 80 degrees will make for a great fall preview.
