Lincoln Weather Update: Thursday, August 6

Isolated thundershowers will be continue to be possible thru mid-morning in eastern Nebraska but the majority will stay dry and cloudy. Those clouds will begin to clear the rest of the day but an isolated storm is still possible. While it’ll be a few degrees warmer it will be humid! Another small chance of scattered showers & storms returns this evening and overnight. Lows won’t fall to far, only near 70 degrees but staying muggy.

We continue to see small chances of isolated storms Friday and into the weekend. Warm and humid conditions continue with highs in the upper 80s. Hot, humid and uncomfortable with highs in the low 90s both Saturday and Sunday. Once you factor in the humidity, it may feel like the triple digits. Great pool or lake weather if you ask me!

Warm and humid with scattered storm chances continue through the beginning of next week.
