Lincoln Weather Update: Wednesday, August 26

Sunny and hot again for Wednesday. Highs today pushing the middle 90s, and it’ll be a bit humid in some areas. Breezy this afternoon with south winds at 15-25 mph, which should give a bit of relief at times. Another quiet and main clear night as temperatures fall into the upper 60s once again. Thursday we can expect much of the same-sunny, hot and dry with highs in the middle 90s. It won’t be as hot for Friday, but temperatures still soar into the low 90s.

Temps take a tumble for the weekend with highs forecast in the low to middle 80s. Mainly dry for Saturday and Sunday but scattered rain/storm chances increase Sunday night. Those storm chances continue into the beginning of next week. A Fall preview happens next week as well for the first week of September with temperatures in the upper 70s!
