Lincoln Weather Update: Wednesday, September 9

We broke records yesterday! Lincoln shattered the old “cold high” temperature by 12 degrees! Our old record was 64 and we only hit 52 degrees yesterday. Today we may break a few more cold high temps across the area. Highs today only forecast to reach the upper 40s but the wind chill will have it feeling more like the 30s once again today. Off and on showers will continue, so the rain gear will be needed. Another breezy day with north winds at 15-25 mph. Rain eases up tonight with only scattered chances overnight. Lows dropping back into the middle 40s.

We should see drier conditions on Thursday with temperatures a little warmer in the upper 50s. Rain chances increase for Friday but temps also increase into the middle 60s! Drying out and warming up for the weekend as temperatures pushing into the upper 70s. Sunshine and 80s return next week.
