On Saturday, Lincoln will face off against Columbia, South Carolina in the final round of the tournament.
Nebraska was also represented by city flags from Ashland and Milford, but both have since been voted out.
The City of Lincoln just implemented the flag earlier this year.
Back in February, Lincoln officials unveiled the flag, which was selected as the winner of a contest that had 190 entries. The flag was conceived by local graphic designer Ed Mejia.
