Louisville State Recreation Area’s floating playground opens for the season
Lincoln, Neb. (KLKN) – If you’re looking for a great way to get the kids outside this summer, Louisville State Recreation Area’s floating playground is open for the season.
Just off of Highway 50, the floating playground features challenging obstacles such as a climbing wall, monkey bars and a whole lot more.
The playground is open Wednesday through Sunday, with 90-minute sessions each day at 12 p.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
All participants must be at least 6 years old. Life jackets are provided, and tickets are sold in-person near the playground.
Louisville State Recreation Area also has a beach and swimming area, along with picnic tables, grills and campsites.
