LPD: Burglary at Casey’s, tobacco and alcohol products stolen

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)- On April 16, around 2:30 a.m., Lincoln police were called to the Casey’s General Store on NW 20th Street on an alarm.

When officers arrived, they reported finding the front door shattered and items thrown around the business. After officers called the store’s manager, the manager told them that several tobacco products and alcohol had been stolen.

LPD doesn’t have an estimate for the value of the items stolen, but the estimated damage to the business is $500. Lincoln police say they are looking over the video footage from the store. This is an ongoing investigation.
