LPD: Man critically injured in stabbing

Lincoln Police say officers found the 42-year-old in around 5 a.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of S. 21st St. with a stab wound to his chest.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Authorities say a man is in critical condition after being stabbed in his home.

Lincoln Police say officers found the 42-year-old in around 5 a.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of S. 21st St. with a stab wound to his chest.

The victim told police he had been stabbed by another man during a fight in his home.

LPD says there were several people in the home at the time.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the stabbing.
