LPD: Man reports being cut by driver he told to slow down

Authorities are investigating after a man was reportedly cut in the face after telling a driver to slow down.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Authorities are investigating after a man was reportedly cut in the face after telling a driver to slow down.

Lincoln police say it happened Saturday afternoon at the Walmart on N. 27th St.

A 31-year-old man told officers a car was driving too fast through the parking lot so he yelled at the driver to slow down.

The man reported the driver got out of the car, threatened to kill him and began swinging a knife at him before leaving.

Police say the man was treated for a cut on his face.
