LPD officers find deceased man in a field

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Around 8:30 a.m. today, Lincoln Police Department (LPD) responded to a report of a body found in a field.

Officers located a deceased man believed to be in his 50s on the ground around 1st and M streets.

According to LPD, the investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when it’s available.

This death is being investigated as a suspicious death according to LPD.
