LPS revises spectator guidelines for track

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Lincoln Public Schools (LPS), along with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department, have revised its spectator guidelines for high school track based on the venue.

For all competitions at Beechner Athletic Complex, 600 S 21st St, the number of spectators will be limited to 75% capacity. Admission will be on a first come, first-serve basis.

When track competitions are held at school sites, the number of spectators is still limited to one spectator to one athlete.

At all spring sports events, spectators must continue to self-screen for COVID-19, wear multi-layered face coverings, and social distance.
